Police: Colorado School Resource Officer Helps Boy Walk

Roman is a 7-year-old boy with cerebral palsy. Officer Brad Gagon of the Arvada (CO) Police Department is a school resource officer at Roman’s school. When Officer Gagon heard that Roman could walk with assistance, he decided to help. He built an 8-foot-long strength trainer to help the boy practice walking. CentralSquare says the video, put together as part of CentralSquare’s Share Blue Smiles project, shows how even the smallest action can make a huge difference in someone’s life.
