Central Florida public safety software firm CentralSquare Technologies LLC has inked a $74.9 million deal designed to make the city of Chicago safer.
The agreement will provide the Chicago Office of Emergency Management and Communications with computer-aided dispatch, mobile and analytics software. It will enable Chicago police and fire departments to share critical information seamlessly during emergencies, cut response times and save more lives, according to a news release.
