ENGAGE 2025 kicked off with energy, purpose, and a packed room of more than 1,600 professionals from public safety and public administration. Over three days, attendees joined 200+ sessions, swapped ideas and strengthened their networks. And it was all centered around a shared goal: building smarter, safer communities.
The opening keynote set the tone.
CentralSquare leaders (CRO Ron Anderson, CEO Manolis Kotzabasakis, President Sara Grilliot) and the founders of Centerline AI (Lane Floyd and Preston Willis) took the stage to share how the company has evolved over the past few years. Their message was clear: transformation isn’t just a buzzword. At CentralSquare, it’s a reality. And it’s equipping us to better support the unique needs of public sector agencies.

CentralSquare is delivering on its promise to make public safety software faster, smarter and easier to use – starting with your most critical workflows. Recent innovations include type-ahead controls to help dispatchers work faster under pressure, text-to-911, live transcription, and translation for 130+ languages. We’ve also introduced smart unit recommendations to support faster response times, as well as native lineup creation inside our RMS.
But we’re not stopping there.
Coming soon, Vertex NG911 and CAD integrations will shave even more time off dispatch workflows, streamlining call intake and response. We’re also launching ONESolution Web RMS, giving you secure, on-the-go access to our RMS from a browser.
Every update is designed to save time, reduce friction and help agencies operate at their best. That goes for public administrators too.
CentralSquare is making big strides to help public administrators streamline operations. Recent innovations include a fully integrated payment solution that supports modern payment methods (online portals, mobile, etc.) so your citizens can pay with convenience. We’ve also launched AI-enabled customer support for quicker, smarter answers when you need help. And for Naviline users, our new WalkMe guided support offers real-time, on-screen assistance for tasks like installing updates and product navigation.
Looking ahead, we’re building even more tools to simplify your work. Soon, natural language processing will let you search your data using plain English – no need to dig through reports or spreadsheets.
We’re also rolling out online citizen portals for community development, utility billing and property tax. This will improve digital experiences for citizens and allow your staff to manage work from anywhere, on any device.
Finally, Naviline and Finance Enterprise are being optimized for the cloud, delivering improved performance, reduced long-term costs and the reliability your agency needs.

The ENGAGE 2025 keynote also featured Centerline AI, our platform built to reduce the administrative burden on public safety professionals. Designed for law enforcement, Centerline AI automates time-consuming workflows like report generation, video transcription, voice dictation, case analysis, task automation and form management – all while staying CJIS compliant.
By eliminating manual busywork, Centerline AI gives officers more time to focus on what really matters: protecting and engaging with their communities. In fact, it’s projected to save 40 hours per officer per month. That’s the equivalent of adding one full-time officer for every five using Centerline AI.
Saint Charles City Police was invited on stage to share their experience as an early adopter. Their success proved just how transformative the tool can be. While Centerline started in public safety, we’re integrating it across our full suite of products, including those for public administration.
CentralSquare is making customer support faster and smarter. In 2024, we reduced new support cases by 10% and cut the average time to resolve them by 44%.
The Customer Support Portal has also seen major upgrades. You can search knowledge articles, explore documentation and tap into community forums for peer guidance. And thanks to generative AI, you don’t need to be a search expert. Just ask a question in plain language and get real answers. On the backend, AI-driven case routing ensures your issue goes to the right person the first time.
On the implementation side, we’re delivering value faster and more affordably. New product rollouts are now 50% faster and up to 70% cheaper. Our Payments solution, for example, can be fully deployed in as little as 2–5 days.
