UK Anti-Modern Slavery Statement

This is a statement made on behalf of CentralSquare Technologies, and its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, and directors, (collectively “CentralSquare”) with regards to the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 (the “Act”). The Act requires employers to be transparent about their efforts to eradicate slavery and human trafficking in their supply chain.

Modern slavery is a crime and a violation of fundamental human rights. It can take the form of slavery, servitude, forced and compulsory labor and human trafficking. Regardless of the form, slavery is the deprivation of a person’s liberty by another in order to exploit them for personal or commercial gain.

CentralSquare is committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all its business dealings and relationships. CentralSquare is also committed to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure modern slavery does not take place anywhere in its business.

CentralSquare is a leading global provider of mission-critical software solutions. Headquartered in Lake Mary, FL USA, CentralSquare has offices in North America and South America. Our customers are located in countries across North America, Central and South America, the Caribbean and the Asia-Pacific Region.

In providing solutions to our customers, we procure a range of goods and services from third-party suppliers. These third parties may also enter into sub-contracts with their suppliers. We also, from time to time, outsource some of our back-office functions to suppliers.

Our Modern Anti-Slavery Statement reflects our commitment to implement and enforce effective systems and controls to ensure modern slavery does not take place anywhere in our business or in the business of our third-party contractors.

All CentralSquare employees and contractors are required by company policy to comply with applicable local law.

Our employees are encouraged to identify and report any potential unethical practices via our anonymous and confidential whistle blower hotline. Also, through our policy of no retaliation, we have protections to ensure whistle-blowers are not subject to any adverse employment action including separation, demotion, suspension or loss of benefits.

This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes CentralSquare’s slavery and human trafficking statement for the 2020 financial year.
