Denise Hemke

As Chief Product Officer, Denise Hemke leads CentralSquare’s product organization, driving innovation and shaping the future of solutions that support public safety and public administration agencies.

Denise brings more than 20 years of experience leading enterprise software, analytics, AI, and platform organizations. She has a strong track record of building and scaling products from early-stage concepts to hundreds of millions in ARR, and is known for modernizing product development through rapid prototyping, AI-assisted tools, and low- and no-code approaches.

Prior to joining CentralSquare, Denise served as Chief Product Officer at NEOGOV, where she led product strategy and roadmap development across a diverse portfolio of more than 20 products spanning Human Capital Management and Public Safety. During her time there, she launched multiple new products, introduced AI-powered capabilities, and drove significant portfolio growth.

Earlier in her career, Denise served as Chief Product Officer at Checkr, leading cross-functional teams across product, design, and program management while supporting customer growth and product adoption. She also spent several years at Workday, where she led the Analytics business unit, launched multiple products from concept to market, and helped grow the business into a nine-figure revenue stream. Denise has also held leadership roles at Platfora, Salesforce, HSBC, and AT&T.

Denise holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of South Florida, where she double majored in Management Information Systems and Marketing.
