Troy Saunders

As Chief Information Security Officer, Troy brings 20 years of experience in IT, Security, and Audit, to CentralSquare. He is passionate about risk reduction and being an agent for actionable change.

Prior to this role, Troy led an Information Security audit team for SunGard Financial Systems, a global provider of Finance and Public Sector software. At SunGard, Troy led the transition of the IT Audit department from traditional general control audits to more advanced Cybersecurity assessments. This led to multiple changes within the SunGard organization including the formation of a centralized Security department. Most recently as director of Security at CentralSquare, Troy’s leadership and cross-functional collaboration resulted in the foundation of CentralSquare’s Security department and established a culture of Security at CentralSquare.

Troy has a BSc. in Computer Engineering and holds the following certifications; Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Risk and Information System Control (CRISC), and Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP).
