ENGAGE 2025 was designed for the unique needs of public administrators and first responders like you. This year’s conference will equip you with knowledge, connect you with peers, and refresh you with fun.

After so many months of planning, ENGAGE 2025 is right around the corner. Hosted at the Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center near Orlando, it will be an event to remember. With you in mind, we’ve put together an exciting ensemble of sessions, speakers, and parties, including:

  • 200+ breakout sessions
  • Industry networking
  • Peer-to-peer meetings
  • Product training
  • Live product demos
  • World-class exhibitors
  • Keynote speakers
  • Special guest, Duncan Wardle
  • Themed customer parties
  • And more

“Go to all of the sessions you can, attend the after hours events, and don’t be afraid to talk to people. You will be surprised at some of the information that can be shared among one another. In many cases, you may find that someone has a report that you’ve been needing, or that they know a setting that will fix an issue you’re having.”

Captain Jon Moses, Johns Creek Police Department, GA

Review the full agenda today so you can start scheduling your sessions. The conference is only a few days long, so you have to make every hour count! Keep reading to explore some of the amazing sessions we have planned for you.

Centerline and AI

AI technology is transforming the public sector. None more so than Centerline AI, our newest product. At this year’s conference, you can see our AI-powered platform in action. Public Safety & Justice

Despite higher call volumes, many 911 centers today are understaffed. And even though dispatchers frequently face high pressure situations, there are minimal resources available for those struggling with anxiety, burnout or PTSD. In the two sessions below, you can learn how to better support your telecommunicators, as well as how to equip them with a modern call handling system.

PTSD: Identifying the Signs and Supporting 911 Dispatchers

Every day, dispatchers experience the worst moments of many citizens’ lives, on repeat. As a result, more dispatchers are struggling with post-traumatic stress syndrome than ever before. Join dispatchers from Great Falls, Montana Police Department and Chatham County Call Center to learn how to: 1) Identify the signs of PTSD in your dispatchers, and 2) how you can support dispatchers as they deal with trauma.

  • Time: Tuesday, April 29, 10:45am–11:30am
  • Speaker: Brandon Skogen (Dispatch Supervisor, Great Falls PD), Angela Page (Manager, Chatham County Non-Emergency Call Center)

NG911 for Hard of Hearing and Foreign Language Speakers

In call handling, it’s important for 911 centers to engage with all citizens effectively, even if they have a disability or speak a foreign language. Learn how CentralSquare is enhancing Vertex NG911 to give every dispatcher the tools they need to gather call details effectively and improve response times.

  • Time: Wednesday, April 30, 9:00am–9:45am
